Yea, there is no issue anymore for me too, it ever happened one time and that one time only and like I said it's minor but now I'd say it's non existent. I have no problem with this system so far, but compared to other games with extremely similar playstyles (chiefly Minecraft and Stardew Valley), this is the only game where inventory management involves destroying items because you forgot to empty your pockets.
